Protecting your personal data is our priority and we adhere strictly to data protection regulations. Personal data shall be collected on this app only to the extent technically necessary. In no case will the data collected be sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties.
This Statement of Privacy applies to the shopweeboats.com web site and Aquaniks, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Data Protection Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Aquaniks, LLC includes the Rüt Cellars (“app”), our subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively “Aquaniks”, “Rüt Cellars”, “we” or “us”). When you access and use our apps or other online services or applications (“Services”) or otherwise interact with us, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. We may supply different or additional notices of our information practices specific to certain programs and activities. We may also provide different notices of our information practices with respect to certain subsidiaries or affiliates, in which case this policy will not apply.
Collection of Your Personal Information
Aquaniks may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. Aquaniks may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, and information uploaded to your user account. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your hardware and software may be automatically collected by Aquaniks. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring app addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the app.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Aquaniks’ public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.
Aquaniks encourages you to review the privacy statements of apps you choose to link to from Aquaniks so that you can understand how those apps collect, use, and share your information. Aquaniks is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on apps outside of the Aquaniks app.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own data protection policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Use of Your Personal Information
Aquaniks collects and uses your personal information to operate its app(s), website, and deliver services you have requested.
Aquaniks may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Aquaniks and its affiliates. Aquaniks may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Aquaniks does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Aquaniks may from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. Aquaniks may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, and provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Aquaniks and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Aquaniks may keep track of apps and pages our users visit within Aquaniks in order to determine which Aquaniks services are the most popular.

The Services may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Services with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the social sharing feature. Aquaniks will disclose your personal information without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary.
Technology Providers
Aquaniks utilizes technology providers for app development, hosting, database, payment processing and other necessary services. They provide us with the secure platforms that allow us to sell our products and services to you.
Data is stored securely by professionally managed providers such as Google and AWS.
Payment Information
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store. Data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Aquaniks does not have access to your credit card data.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Security of Your Personal Information
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Use of Cookies
Aquaniks’ apps may use "cookies" to help personalize your on-line experience. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by changing settings in your browser. Below is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our app provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
Changes to This Data Protection Policy
We reserve the right to modify this data protection policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the app. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products and services to you.
